My 3 Simple Steps to Christmas Decorating
Step 1: Consultation & Planning
Deposit Required: A $200 non-refundable deposit is needed to secure your decorating date. This amount is applied to your final balance.
Vision & Inspiration: Share photos of last year’s tree, inspiration from Pinterest, or themes you’d like to try (traditional, modern, whimsical, etc.).
Style Guidance: I can provide suggestions on color palettes, ribbon placement, ornament groupings, and overall design style.
Personalized Plan: We’ll discuss your preferred look, budget, and any special décor you’d like highlighted (family ornaments, heirlooms, or unique pieces).
Shopping Services: If you need new decorations, I offer shopping services at my hourly rate. I’ll help select items that fit your space and theme.
Supply Check: Together, we’ll review your existing décor bins to see what’s reusable, what needs replacing, and what extras may enhance the design.
Timeline Planning: We’ll confirm a decorating date, setup time, and discuss take-down scheduling for a smooth holiday process.
Stress-Free Start: This step ensures everything is prepared ahead of time so decorating day is simple and enjoyable.
Step 2: Decorating & Tree Setup
Indoor Service Only: Decorating is limited to indoor setups (no outdoor light installation).
Tree Assembly & Fluffing Fees:
12 ft tree – $500
9 ft tree – $350
7 ft tree – $250
Adding Christmas Lights Fees:
12 ft tree – $200
9 ft tree – $150
7 ft tree – $100
Bins & Storage: All Christmas bins must be placed near the tree (extra fees apply if bins are retrieved from storage).
Travel Fee: Out-of-state travel incurs a $350 fee.
Final Touches: Ribbons, ornaments, garlands, and toppers are styled for a polished, professional look.
Photos & Videos: Once finished, I’ll capture the tree for photos and videos that can be shared online (only with your permission).
⚠️ Allergy Note: Please ensure pets are kept away during decorating, as I am allergic to dogs and cats.
Step 3: Take-Down & Storage
Separate Booking: Take-down services must be reserved when booking your decorating date.
Safe Removal: Ornaments, ribbons, garlands, lights, and tree are carefully removed to prevent breakage or tangling.
Organized Packing: All décor is neatly sorted and placed into bins for easy unpacking next year.
Labeling Service: I can label bins by category (ornaments, lights, ribbons, tree toppers, etc.) to keep everything organized.
Full Convenience: Booking decorating + take-down ensures a complete, start-to-finish holiday service with no extra stress.

Outdoor balloons are exposed to the elements. Heat, sunlight, wind, rain, humidity, and temperature changes may cause balloons to oxidize (develop a matte finish), shrink, or pop—especially darker colors. While we use premium, professional-grade balloons, we cannot guarantee their longevity outdoors and are not responsible for weather-related changes after installation.
