How do I book?
Submit our contact form with your event details. Once your proposal is approved, a non-refundable retainer secures your date.
What is the deposit?
- Christmas Decorating: $200 non-refundable retainer
- Balloon Installations: 50% non-refundable retainer
- Weddings: Starting at $500 non-refundable retainer (varies by package)
Is the retainer refundable?
No. The retainer reserves your event date and is applied toward your final balance.
When is the final payment due?
Final payment is due before your scheduled installation unless otherwise stated in your contract
What areas do you serve?
Greenville, Greer, Simpsonville, Taylors, Easley, Duncan, Spartanburg, and surrounding Upstate South Carolina areas.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible. Holiday and wedding dates book quickly.
What services do you offer?
Christmas decorating, balloon décor, wedding décor and faux floral rentals, corporate events, and special event styling.
Do you provide setup and takedown?
Yes. Setup is included. Takedown is available for select services and packages.
What is included in Christmas takedown?
We carefully remove and pack your décor into your storage bins. Clients are responsible for returning bins to their attic, basement, or storage area. We can do this for an additional fee.
Are tree assembly and Christmas lights included?
No. Christmas tree assembly and adding lights are available for an additional charge unless included in your proposal.
How long do balloons last?
Indoor balloons typically last several days to weeks. Outdoor balloons are affected by heat, sun, wind, rain, and humidity, which may cause them to oxidize, deflate, or pop sooner.
What is your outdoor balloon policy?
Once an outdoor balloon installation is complete, Events by Rita & Co. is not responsible for changes caused by weather or environmental conditions.
Can I provide my own balloons or décor?
We use professional-grade products and generally do not install customer-supplied balloons or décor.
Do you decorate outdoor spaces in cold weather?
We do not install on unheated back porches or outdoor areas during extremely cold weather to protect the health and safety of our team.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! Every design is customized to fit your event, style, colors, and venue.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Events by Rita & Co. is fully licensed and insured, giving you peace of mind when you book our services.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice.
